To open an account with cv999s, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of cv999s or its affiliated companies;
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended cv999s account.

cv999s reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. All information provided during registration is subject to verification at any point during your account lifetime.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

cv999s operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Close an account and return the balance via the original deposit method if fraud is suspected.

All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all cv999s promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn;

cv999s is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive a warning notification when your session limit is approaching.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv999s, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure;
• Any loss resulting from your breach of these Terms.

In all cases, cv999s's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may close your cv999s account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days.

cv999s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected;
• A player has provided false or misleading information at registration or verification;
• A player has requested self-exclusion;
• Continued operation of the account creates regulatory, reputational, or legal risk for cv999s.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance (including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited in full. cv999s will notify the player of the closure and its reason via the registered contact details on file where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

cv999s collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and cv999s in connection with your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute in full. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may request escalation to a senior member of the cv999s management team. Escalated complaints will receive a final decision within 20 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: The written decision issued at Step 2 constitutes cv999s's final position on the matter. cv999s's decisions on all matters relating to the operation of the Platform, the outcome of games, and the application of bonus terms are final and binding.

You agree to attempt resolution via the above process before pursuing any other avenue. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
